Tutorial 1: Using the Vehicle Wizard to Create a Vehicle Skeleton
This tutorial will let the Vehicle Wizard create a prim hierarchy that is set up to run a PhysX based vehicle simulation.
Open the Vehicle Wizard by going to Create > Physics > Vehicle in the menu.
Set the dimensions, mass, horsepower, number of axles etc. as desired (see Basic Page for details on the various options)
Press Create
The created vehicle will consist of simple box and cylinder geometries as placeholders for detailed graphical meshes that would usually represent the chassis, wheels and so on. To add a simple surface to drive on, select Create > Physics > Ground Plane in the menu. Read the Vehicle Dynamics Introduction section to learn how to run the simulation and control the vehicle.
