The bottom of the UI submenu has two “shortcut” options for creating a Frame and instantiating its visibility.

Viewport Frame

This option creates a Frame and immediately sets it as a Viewport Frame.

Window Frame

This option creates a Frame and immediately sets it as a Window Frame.
