Getting Started Video Content

  1. Install the Unity Connector using the Launcher Omniverse App.

  2. Add Unity Connector Package from the installation location.

  3. Review menu items and Connector settings.

  4. Export options and Export a USD to Nucleus server.

  5. Connect to your localhost Nucleus server using the Unity Connector.

  6. Open your USD file in Omniverse USD Composer.

  7. Color Tone Mapping for Linear Color Space.

  8. Demo Live Sync functionality.

Live Sync Uni-directional Workflow#

In this tutorial, we load a Unity scene and export a USD file, create a Live Sync session, join the session with USD Composer, make changes to xforms, geometry, lights, materials, and physics simulation to the USD live session, and then End and Merge the Live Sync session.

Warning

Live sync and collaboration is an Alpha feature and only supports changes in Unity to update in Kit Applications (Uni-directional).
