Region based Transfer

Enables a Delta space calculation per face region. This is best enabled when facial proportions are significantly different or have noticeable asymmetrical proportions.

This option is currently available in the main preferences tab found in the edit menu. Preferences>Character Transfer>Region>Enable Region Based Transfer.
